Plasma of sprites (electric discharges in mesosphere at altitudes 50...90 km) can have the properties of dusty plasma in case of an ingress of dusty component in the area of sprites. It is possible to tell about transition of the sprite-plasma to Coulomb fluid if in some zone of sprite exists the plasma with electron density ~ 106 cm-3, concentration of micron-size grains ~ 103 cm-3 and velocity dispersion of grains ~ 2 cm s-1.
