Linear and nonlinear dust acoustic modes in a multi-component dusty plasma are studied. Two types of dust fluids have been considered in the presence of Boltzmannian ions and electrons. One of the dust fluids is hot and the other is cold. The effects of different masses, charges and concentration ratios on the shape of solitary structures have been investigated. It is shown that the soliton does not form if the mass of the hot dust particles is smaller than the cold dust species. The solitary structures can exist only corresponding to the negative electrostatic potentials similar to the case of plasmas with single dust species. Numerical solutions in many different cases have been presented as illustrations using the parameters of Saturn's F-ring plasma.
