Present status and some perspectives in 1990's are briefly given on double beta decays and related subjects. Subjects discussed are as follows i Double beta decays without neutrinos, which require lepton number non-conservations and finite neutrino mass, ii Double beta decays followed by two neutrinos, iii Double weak processes with strangeness change ΔS = 2, leading to the H particle with 6 quarks of ss uu dd. iv Charge non-conservation and electron decays. These are very rare nuclear processes studied by Ultra RAre-process NUclear Spectroscopy (URANUS). It is shown that URANUS is an important detector frontier of non-accelerator nuclear physics in 1990's.
