Ionospheric effects arising during solar flares were studied by the
Doppler technique on the Fort Collins-Havana path. An approximate
electron density profile is determined on the basis of sudden frequency
deviation data. Integrated solar flux is determined for the flare of
February 15, 1978 at wavelengths of 100-1030 A.
