New multi-epoch HI absorption measurements toward PSRs B0823+26 and
B1133+16 do not show significant variations in absorption profiles over
periods of 4 months and 9 years. We find that upper limits on the
optical depth variations of 0.02-0.04 are similar on scales of ˜10
AU, 350 AU and 500 AU.
