The paper considers the division of the Venus surface into trapezoids on
a scale of 1:5,000,000 on the basis of Venera 15 and 16 radar-mapping
data. Frame dimensions and trapezoid heights are presented for several
projections, namely Mercator, Lambert, Gauss, and stereographic.
