The diurnal variations of differential flux intensities of H(+), /N,O/(2+), and /C,N,O/(4+) ions as well as their ratios at E = 60-70 keV/e are analyzed on the basis of Gorizont satellite data obtained in a magnetically quiet period and during a storm recovery phase. The amplitudes of these variations are shown to be correlated with the spectral characteristics of the ions.
