The behavior of lower-thermosphere parameters for equinox and solstice conditions is evaluated on the basis of a numerical solution of the three-dimensional unsteady hydrodynamic equations. The presence of a semidiurnal variation of the thermosphere parameters which is not found in the initial and lower boundary conditions is demonstrated along with an anomalous increase in the temperature of the lower thermosphere in the winter.
