Lorentz-invariant expressions describing dissipative processes in relativistic magnetohydrodynamics are given. Electrical resistivity is introduced so as to make positive contribution to 4-divergence of the entropy flux density 4-vector in the same way as thermal conduction and viscosity do, in both the dynamic and kinematic frames. The effects of dissipative processes upon relativistic slow, intermediate and fast MHD waves, are discussed. These effects can be described by six dissipation functions, two for each of the three processes which appear in the dispersion relations.
