The astrophysical analysis of exoplanets, which were detected by means of different methods (radial velocity (for stars of main sequence and pulsars), astrometry (for the nearest dwarfs), gravitational microlensing (for stars of globular cluster and Galactic bulge), was carried out. The probable sizes and masses of Main Asteroid Belt and Kuiper Belt planetary objects and neighbour hydrogen-helium planets of Solar system, has been estimated with taking into account of mass limits for silicate and ice planets and their probable average density. The list of discovered and suspected planets of Solar system and extrasolar planets and the preliminary result of its statistical analysis has been presented.
