The paper presents diode-laser measurements of H2O-broadened (C-12)(O-16)2 line-widths at high temperature. The T exp -N dependences of the line-widths are determined from experiments in the 416-805 K range for the R42 and R54 nu3-band lines broadened by H2O. Measurements of the half-widths and strengths of the R66 and R68 nu3-band lines broadened by N2 are obtained in the 296-803 K range.
