The results of numerical simulation of monocrystalline silicon melting and crystallization processes under action of compression plasma flows generated by magnetoplasma compressor, taking into account phase transformations kinetics on the basis of Kolmogorov's equation are presented. Temporal characteristics of melting and crystallization for various energy pulse shapes are discussed.
