Particle diffusion in a curved tube embedded in $R_3$ is considered. We find
the diffusion coefficient depends on tube's curvature. Diffusion coefficient is
obtained in $\epsilon$ (radius of tube) expansion. Physical interpretation of
curvature dependent diffusion coefficient is given.
