We propose 44 ksec observations of the starburst galaxies NGC 2146 and NGC 1808, both of which show evidence for large-scale superwinds driven by the active star formation. This will allow us to map the spatial structure of the winds on approximately arcsecond scales, to distinguish the contributions of stellar (accreting neutron star and black hole) sources from the thermal emission of the winds, and to perform spatially-resolved spectroscopy on roughly 11'' scales (NGC 2146) and 3'' scales (NGC 1808). The physical parameters in the winds (pressure, density, etc.) will be derived and compared with superwind theory.
