The morphology of morning and daytime Pi1C pulsations is investigated on the basis of observations performed at a number of stations under high magnetic activity conditions (Kp = 6-8). It is found that the morning and daytime Pi1C pulsations have different characteristics and are generated in different regions, between which a boundary exists that is manifested in a specific behavior of the maximum frequency of the noise level (f0max) of the Pi1C pulsations along a meridian.
