Main contributions: (1) we find the decrease of quasielectron number resulted from the pairing gap around the Fermi level. (2) on the basis of (1) we suggest a new Hamiltonian containing boson operators to describe superconductivity. (3) with the Hamiltonian the equations similar to the first and second London equations are found. (4) we find the tunneling current from the hopping of electron pairs which does not affect the Josephson effect. (5)the Josephson effect which is found to be due to the pair-forming following the pair-breaking in the tunneling process [evidences: 1) from (4); 2) the tunneling Tkp express the hopping of single electron; 3) the understanding on the Gorkov functions.]
