Energy levels, wavelengths, radiative decay rates, and Auger rates are presented for dielectronic recombination into excited levels of Ne-like titanium from F-like low-lying states. Our calculations are based on R. D. Cowan*s semirelativistic multiconfiguration Hartree-Fock (HFR) code, where the relativistic mass-velocity and Darwin corrections are included in the Hamiltonian; the distorted-wave model is used for the calculation of free electron wavefunctions.
