An analysis is made of changes in time of the correlation of spectral densities for different frequency ranges in the time-variation spectrum of effective reflection heights for the vertical sounding of the ionosphere. The dependence of coherence on the difference in true radio-wave reflection heights K(Delta h) is obtained. Maxima in the K(Delta h) dependences are interpreted as the presence of an inhomogeneous structure with a pronounced predominant dimension in the vertical direction.
