Diagnostic diagrams of electron density-excitation for a sample of 613 PNe a re presented. New limits for these diagrams were found using the Hα/[NII] and Hα/[SII] ratios. Line intensities for the PNe in the sample were obtained from Strasbourg Catalogue of Galactic Planetary Nebulae. Subsamples defined based on criteria given by the line intensity ratios are analyzed. Some deep images of PNe belonging to one of these subsamples are shown. Images were obtained with the 2.1m UNAM telescope at the San Pedro Martir observatory.
