This article explains the recent evolution of Condition Database Application Service. The Condition Database Application Service is part of the condition database system of the CMS experiment, and it is used for handling and monitoring the CMS detector condition data, and the corresponding computing resources like Oracle Databases, storage service and network devices.
We deployed a service, the offline Dropbox service, that will be used by Alignment and Calibration Group in order to upload from the offline network (GPN) the calibration constants produced by running offline analysis.
