The time characteristics of the radio fluctuations of local solar sources at wavelengths of 3.5 and 3.9 cm are investigated. Fluctuation components of periods longer than 20 min are observed to strengthen when the leading sunspot in a group is growing larger. The oscillations tend to appear episodically. Peaks in the power spectrum often recur at the same value of the period.
