The spin physics program of the Laboratory of High Energies, JINR (Dubna), is based on use of the slowly extracted deuteron beam with momentum up to Two-arm scintillation counter polarimeter with thin polyethylene target 9 GeV/c. To control operation of the polarized ion source POLARIS [1] as well as vector and tensor polarization of extracted deuteron beam, the following four types of polarimeters are used. .
