Results are presented of calculations of correlation integrals of the simultaneous velocity series of the zonal-wind velocity at an altitude of 95 km and the screening frequency in the E(s) layer, showing a similarity between the values of their fractal dimensionalities and their entropies. Results of fractal analysis indicate the common character of the features of the strange wind attractors and of the E(s) layer.
