Westerbork observations made at 608 MHz of the source 4 C 21.44 associated with the cluster of galaxies A 2009 are presented. The radio source 4 C 21.44 has typical characteristics of sources whose evolution is governed by synchrotron losses and which are confined by a hot intergalactic medium. It is shown how it is possible to deduce the level of the MHD turbulence in the radio plasma of ths kind of source, and it is found to be about eta(turb) of 2.7 x 10 to the 9th.
