The SMC has been mapped at 45 MHz and projected onto a steep side of a Milky Way spur. The antenna temperature contours derived are fairly elliptical, and they have been deconvolved in order to obtain the brightness temperature distribution. Results obtained include an axial ratio of 0.48, a position angle of 38 deg, an integrated flux density of 415 Jy, and a radio continuum luminosity of 10 to the 36th erg/s.
