The cross sections of 70Ge(n,2n)69Ge, 72Ge(n,2n)71Ge,
76Ge(n,gamma)77(g+0.21m)Ge, 76Ge(n,2n)75Ge nuclear reactions were measured at
the energy of neutrons 13.96(6) MeV by activation method with gamma-ray and
X-ray spectra studies.
