Determination of the coordinates of the Vernadsky Ukrainian Antarctic Station The GPS observations carried out in 6-19 March 2002 at the Vernadsky Station (VERN) were used to determine its coordinates. The derived data were reduced in combination with the data from the observations made at the neighbouring IGS network stations LPGS, SANT, RIOG, MCM4, and MAW1. The station RIOG was used as a quality indicator, i. e., its coordinates were determined together with the VERN coordinates. Three solutions with free phase ambiguities as well as fixed ones are presented.
