Gas Temperature, Atmospheric Pressure Glow Discharge

Gas temperature is one of the main characteristics of gas discharges,
because it determines a gas density defining in turn all basic discharge
parameters. In this report the result of gas temperature determinations
in negative glow of APGD in He/N2 gas mixtures are presented.
