Upon reviewing visual meteor plots of my Leonid observations of the last three years, a possible new shower with a radiant in Auriga was observed. Initially, the radiant was derived from 36 plotted meteors which diverged from it. The coordinates of the radiant were alpha=76+-5 deg and delta=+36+-5 deg (for lambda=235 deg). It was found from the literature that Koschny and Zender derived the same new radiant from video observations of the 1998 Leonids. >From available observations, some parameters of the new shower were derived, including the zenithal hourly rate, the population index, and the geocentric velocity. The population index of r=2.4+-1.0 was determined. The maximum ZHR of 14.5+-10.9 at the solar longitude lambda=235.465 deg (November 17, 12h37m UT, 2000) is obtained from quite limited data. This meteor shower is active between lamda=230 deg and lamda=240 deg. These parameters were derived from a quite limited number of data. In addition, a geocentric velocity of V_g =46 km/s was determined from the video data.
