A method of detection of muon groups with multiplicity n_mu(E_mu>=220 GeV)>1500 is presented. Such events give information about the flux of primary nuclei with energy E_N > 10^16 eV. The systematic errors of the method have been studied. The error in determining n_mu is <=15%. Data from detection of muon groups with n_mu(E_mu>=220 GeV)>1500 obtained over exposure time T=35410 h are presented.
