The possibility of detection of internal gravity waves (IGW) in cloud layers according to the radio-brightness contrasts of the atmosphere at wavelengths λ=0.8 cm and λ=1.35 cm is investigated. Formulas are derived for IGW amplitude, pressure variations, integrated moisture content, and absolute humidity. According to the experimental data, the radio-contrast ratio for wavelengths of 0.8 and 1.35 cm is equal to 2.8, which is close to the theoretical value.
