From multiple close flybys of Europa, tidal signature can be measured by carefully tracking the spacecraft motion. A nominal trajectory assumes two-year tour with total of 36 flybys at 100 km altitude. The measurements from ground-based Doppler are considered in the estimation process with realistic dynamical and measurement models. The result shows that the degree 2 Love numbers can be estimated to better than 1 percent assuming K-band tracking capability.
