The equation of the motion of the relativistic plasma stream which
corotates with the pulsar magnetosphere written in the noninertial frame
of a rotating magnetic field line and the same equation written in the
rest inertial frame are compared with each other. The possibility of the
freezing-in condition use in the rest inertial frame is discussed.
