In this paper, the diffusion source model and the structure of magnetized accretion disk with self-gravity are used to study the density and the ionization parameter of the HII and HI* zone, of which most likely the broad line emitting region consists. Two different densities and ionization parameters are determined: the first langlen(HII)rangle and Ξ(HII), corresponding to the mean density and ionization parameter in the completely ionized HII zone, and the second, langlen(HI*)rangle and Ξ(HI*), to the mean density and ionization parameters in the HI* zone.
