SBS0335-052E is one of the lowest metallicity galaxies known but it harbors 6 Super Star Clusters, SSCs, and a strong mid-infrared dust source. HST observations from the ultra-violet to near infrared have provided a detailed picture of the clusters and their environment. A picture of SBS0335-052E emerges where the primary current star formation is in the southern most SSC which contains 7500 O stars within its 3 pc radius. The filling factor of the ionized gas is however quite low which indicates that strong winds from the O stars produce dense regions around them that absorb the ionizing radiation within about 200 AU of the star. This limits the feedback of the ionizing radiation to the immediate vicinity of the stars and delays any feedback effects on the rest of the galaxy.
