The results of the second of two photometric investigations of remote globular clusters are presented, with particular emphasis given to the CCD photometry of the outer halo cluster Pal 3 (RA = 10 h, 03 m). The data are based on CCD images obtained with the 1.5 meter Danish telescope at La Silla. It is found that the C-M diagram for Pal 3 closely resembles the one for Pal 12, suggesting that Pal 3 is a moderately metal-rich cluster (Fe/H of about 1.4). Among the stars found in this cluster were three RR Lyrae and a possible population II cepheid. An approximate estimate of cluster diameters and of concentration parameters yielded values of d = 440 arcsec and c = 0.9, respectively. The orbit of the cluster is possibly eccentric at 0.5. Tables are presented which list derived values for luminosity, radial density, and the distribution of color magnitudes within the cluster.
