A widely accessible data bank (available through Netscape) and consiting
of all (or most) of the emission lines reported in the litterature is
being built. It will comprise objects as diverse as HII regions, PN,
AGN, HHO. One of its use will be to define/refine existing diagnostic
emission line diagrams.
