Recent results of two cosmic ray experiments are summarized which suggest a change in the nature of strong interactions above a PeV. Results from Tevatron experiments are reported. The first analysis of data from MiniMax (the search for evidence for Disoriented Chiral Condensates) are presented, and the studies of rapidity gaps by the D0 collaboration and of diffractive W production by the CDF group are summarized.
