Bisei Spaceguard Center, Japan's first facility for observations of space debris and Near-Earth Objects (NEOs), will produce large amounts of data. In this paper, we describe details of the data transfer and processing system we are now developing. Also we present a software system devoted to the discovery of asteroids mainly by high school students.
