In a general supergravity theory, with minimal particle content, we describe the area of the parameter space that gives rise to a massive, stable neutralino χ, with a cosmologically significant relic density. In this region of parameters we show the effect of the lightest Higgs exchange on the elastic neutralino-nucleus cross section, relevant to the direct detection methods. Finally, we visualize how the same parameter space can be probed experimentally by studying chargino and neutralino pair production at e+e- colliders.
