An examination of experimental data indicates that Cyg X-3 contains a pulsar rotating with a period of 99.22090 ms (on September 28, 1978) and radiating ultrahigh-energy gamma rays. The gamma flux with an energy exceeding 10 to the 12th eV in a pulse is equal to 2 x 10 to the -11th/sq cm s; the period-averaged flux is 1.3 x 10 to the -11th/sq cm s.
