We consider the effects of the electroweak phase transition on the relic neutrino abundances in the standard big bang cosmology. We show that when the critical temperature Tc is less than the mass of the neutrino, the relic density will be strongly suppressed. The Lee-Weinberg bound, however, will be affected only if Tc
