In d = 11 Kaluza-Klein theory having a component of the three-form potential A living on the seven-dimensional internal space, conditions on that internal component of A, so that cosmological equations of the Robertson-Walker type may be formulated, are given. In the equations the Ricci tensor is in general non-isotropic in the internal space. The specific examples of the squashed seven-sphere and a particular p, q, r coset manifold are given; in the latter case there is a static solution with non-Einstein internal space.
