In July 2000, the Sun produced a series of Xclasses and M-class flares, and on July 14, a very strong CME ejected a large amount of high energy protons into space. A G.L.E be observed on July 15, based on the observation data of Beijing, Guangzhou and Yangbajing observatory. The variation of the cosmic ray intensity before the CME striked the earth, and the proton spectrum of G.L.E between 9.6 GeV to 16 GeV have been analysed. The results are presented.
