Based upon the drift kinetic equitation, we consider a theory of cosmic ray (CR) fluctuations in the largescale random magnetic field, against the background of which there exist small-scale magnetic field inhomogeneities. We obtain the equation for CR correlation function and relations between CR correlation vector and a helicity of the magnetic field.
