The possibility that a population of evaporating primordial black holes with the mass around 10E16-10E17 g efficiently ejects low energy positrons into the Galaxy is discussed. The spectrum and number density of photons and neutrinos produced by such black holes are also calculated and it is found that the photons are potentially observable in the near future.
