Anisotropies of the Cosmic Background Radiation resulting from second-order gravitational effects in structures like voids, the Great Attractor, and clusters of galaxies are investigated. Spherically symmetric models of the structures are based on the Tolman solution of Einstein equations. Predicted anisotropies of the order of 10 exp -7 to 10 exp -6 are below the sensitivity of present observations.
