Scientific paper
Deviations between observed Doppler noise and the noise model during
solar conjunction were analyzed. It is tentatively concluded that these
deviations are due to short-term fluctuations in solar activity as seen
along the signal path, and not to solar/antenna structure effects or
system noise temperature.
