Scientific paper

Simultaneous radio measurements of horizontal ionospheric drifts performed in Central Europe and Eastern Siberia are examined. Longitude effects were detected in the dynamic regime of the lower thermosphere at heights of 90-100 km, Significant differences were found in the zonal prevailing wind, the reaction to stratospheric warming, and the time intervals of circulation restructuring.
