The solar neutrino data from the Kamiokande II detector have been
analyzed for compatibility with the different solutions in the
Mikheyev-Smirnov-Wolfenstein formalism. The measured recoil-electron
energy spectrum alone disfavors the region of the adiabatic solution at
the 90 percent confidence level.
